The line-up of Micro-Lock Compact has 2 new styles of thinner and lighter high performance back protectors.

The Part 501 is the smaller of 2 available sizes but it is more generous in size and coverage than most back protectors on the market and covers a large surface area with Level 2 high performance.
​
An incredible 22% reduction in thickness to 18mm together with a 31% reduction in weight has been achieved with no reduction in CE performance.
​
Soft chamfered edges around the edges and a maximum ventilation ensures all day comfort.

BACK PROTECTOR
The line up of Micro-Lock Compact has 2 new styles of thinner and lighter high performance back protectors.

The Part 500 is the largest of 2 available sizes and is more generous in size and coverage than any other jacket back protector on the market and is most suitable to larger jackets. The large surface area boasts a Level 2 high performance.
​
Although 22% thinner at 18mm and an impressive 24% reduction in weight from previous models, this has been achieved with no loss in performance.
​
Soft chamfered edges around the edges and a maximum ventilation ensures all day comfort.

HIP PROTECTOR
The Part 455 Type B hip is a huge leap in the area of discreet hip protection. The hip is an area renowned for limited protection as adding thickness and weight can adversely affect the aesthetic. However the low profile Part 455 is hardly noticeable and is lighter and more supple than previous models, so a clean minimal aesthetic in a garment is assured.

COCCYX PROTECTOR
The Coccyx (tailbone) is located at the base of the spine and injury can be caused through a hard impact, such as a fall or landing directly on it.

The newly CE certified Coccyx protector Part 457 is soft and only 6mm in thickness so offers discreet and valuable impact protection in this vulnerable area.
